FUNDED SESSIONS 2026:
Once we have confirmed availability and funding codes, we will apply your funding to your child’s attendance schedule.
10 hours per day is the maximum permitted by the Local Authority.
PLEASE NOTE: We ask for a Optional Contribution per funded session.
The fee will covers items which are not covered by the Government funding and will be charged on all funded sessions accessed.
These charges will enable us to provide your children with food and non-food consumables. The costs will include breakfast, snacks, 2 course hot lunch, 2 course tea. We also ask for optional one-off payment for activities such as Forest School, trips, events and parties.
Our fees for Extras are itemised below:
FULL DAY (AM + PM SESSION) CHARGE = £13 per funded session
Includes Breakfast £1, x2 snacks 50p each, 2 Course Lunch £5.50, 2 course Tea £3.50 plus extra-curricular activities £2.
AM SESSION CHARGE = £8.00
Includes Breakfast £1, snack 50p each, 2 Course Lunch £5.50 plus extra-curricular activities £1.
PM SESSION CHARGE = £5.00
Includes snack 50p, 2 course Tea £3.50 plus extra-curricular activities £1.
You can opt out of these charges and bring these items in yourself daily adhering to the nurseries policies. Should you wish to opt out of these charges please email the nursery manager office@ancastervillagenursery.co.uk
Funded hours are excluded from nursery sessions and therefore hours booked after funded sessions finish will be charged at the additional nursery session rates above or hourly rate.

We offer a 5% discount off the fees listed above for contracted hours.
